Senior Manager Analytics(Pharma Analytics)

Duration of Project: 3 Months - with a Possible ExtensionLocation/Address: RemoteYou will be responsible for:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engagement Manager to join our team who will play a pivotal role in understanding Pharma client requirements, lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and on budget. The candidate should have a strong background in project management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Pharma project lifecycle from initiation to closure.Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.Manage project budgets, risks, and issues proactively.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, marketing, and operations.Communicate project status to stakeholders and executive leadership.Ensure adherence to project management standards and best practices (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).Mentor junior project managers and contribute to process improvements.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across BI platforms.Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and data interpretation.QualificationsMBA10+ overall years of experience in leading analytical projects in pharma domain along with client facing roleShould have managed large teamsProficient in financial concepts.Life science / pharma background would be mandatoryAbility to deal with multiple stakeholders and manage client's expectationsAbility to take initiatives with excellent interpersonal skillsPassion for networking and updating oneself with the latest market trends and relate it to identifying business opportunitiesStructured thinking and articulationAbility to manage pressure and work with multiple stakeholdersSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: ContractJob function: Project ManagementIndustries: Staffing and RecruitingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Avance Consulting by 2xJ-18808-Ljbffr
