This role involves frequent travel between job sites, maintain safety standards, and communicate effectively with customers. You will be managing materials and delivering comprehensive daily reports including safety inspections and materiel inventory. A strong commitment to team leadership and clear communication is essential, along with a strict adherence to drug-free work policies.

Responsibilities

• Hands on with a team of 3-5 workers on residential and commercial roofing sites
• Manage roofing materials to ensure efficient use and availability
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding project status
• Train and mentor crew members to uphold quality and safety standards
• Prepare daily progress reports, and material usage logs
• Travel frequently between multiple job sites to oversee ongoing projects

Required Qualifications

• Proven team leadership skills
• Strong communication abilities with customers and team members
• Effective problem-solving skills on the job
• Valid driver’s license
• Commitment to a drug-free workplace, including no marijuana use
