Phlebotomist

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join our team in Santa Rosa, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients accurately and efficiently to support diagnostic testing and patient care. Responsibilities Prepare patients for blood draws and verify patient information. Label samples correctly and maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols. Handle and process specimens, maintain equipment, and ensure a clean and organized work environment. Candidate Qualifications The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills to comfort and communicate effectively with patients, attention to detail to ensure specimen integrity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of venipuncture techniques, proper specimen handling, and safety procedures is essential.
