Jr. Mortgage Loan Officer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chino Hills, CA, for a Jr. Mortgage Loan Officer. In this role, you will work alongside senior loan officers while building your own book of business. Responsibilities include: Supporting loan officers in originating mortgage loans and gathering financial and credit documentation Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines Making outbound calls and conducting outreach to prospective borrowers Leveraging personal and professional networks to generate new business opportunities Consistently engaging with clients, real estate professionals, and other industry partners to build long‑term relationships True Prime Mortgage provides training, mentorship, marketing content, and the potential to sponsor licensing for the right candidate. Qualifications Ability to generate business through outbound outreach and personal networks Self‑starter with strong drive, motivation, and entrepreneurial spirit Knowledge of mortgage lending concepts and underwriting processes (preferred, but not required) Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or related field (preferred, but not required) Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry is a plus Compensation Commission-based only Salary + Commission + Bonus for the right candidates #J-18808-Ljbffr True Prime Mortgage
