Product Analyst Donor Management / Omni-Channel
Client is seeking a Product Analyst to support its Donor Management and Omni-Channel product capabilities. This individual will help consolidate fragmented donor communication and case-management processes across Salesforce, Outlook, phone, SMS, email, and other digital channels. The Product Analyst will work across the product lifecycle, partnering with Product Managers, Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering to analyze requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, define solutions, and support delivery.
