We've also earned accolades for the remarkable work of our dedicated Team Members throughout our resorts, call centers and corporate offices.ResponsibilitiesAs a Guest Service Coordinator you will be responsible for:Following required script in greeting and seating guests and providing a high level of customer in a warm and welcoming environmentVerifies accuracy of invitation, as needed, to validate the qualified tour and verify individuals on the invitationIdentifies and assigns the Sales Executive and Sales Leader per the rotationHandles incoming telephone calls and provides responses to inquiriesAssists in the opening and closing of the Sales Gallery and model rooms, as needed. Ensuring the Sales Gallery and Model rooms are ready for the start of businessResponsible for presentation as well as preparing and maintaining the kitchen, self-service, and guest seating areasParticipates in required skills assessments for training and developmentProvides the Sales Executives with general information regarding the tour guestResponsible for issuing, logging, printing gifting receipts and gift vouchersPerforms accurate and timely reporting of exception tour information processing to appropriate departmentMaintains and interprets tour rules and rotation to ensure consistency and integrity of processAdditional duties assigned by Management, as needed, to further business objectivesSchedule:Our Sales Gallery operates 7 days a week. This is a full-time position with varying shifts between 6:30AM–6:30PM, including weekends and holidays.QualificationsTo fulfill this role successfully, you possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:High school diploma or equivalent0-3 years of related experienceDemonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skillsMaintain a professional appearance and demeanorBalance multiple tasks and assignments and demonstrate strong organizational skills in a fast-paced work environmentIntermediate digital literacy – familiar with Microsoft Office SuiteFull flexible schedule required including weekends and holidaysIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:Associate's degree or higherPrevious customer service experienceWhen you join Hilton Grand Vacations, you join a group of Team Members dedicated to helping Owners and Guests around the world make every vacation they take a memorable one.
