Driver - Heavy Duty Truck Class A Tractor Trailer

ALL Carolina Crane & Equipment, LLC, located in Raleigh, NC - 27617, is seeking a professional Driver - Heavy Duty Truck Class A Tractor Trailer with an active medical certification. Experience hauling heavy construction equipment and familiar with lowboy, step-deck, and RGN trailers is desired. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a comprehensive benefits package. This opportunity is eligible for a candidate sign-on bonus of $500 after 100 days of continuous employment.

Essential functions include:

• Transporting cranes and crane components in a safe and professional manner
• Operating an Electronic Logging Device (ELD)
• Maintaining conformity to safety requirements and other regulations
• Preparing proper documentation of actions taken

Skills and experience requirements include:

• Class A CDL with an acceptable MVR
• Current Medical Examiner's card
• Ability to strap and chain heavy equipment
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery
• Ability to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature & humidity
• Strong initiative; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
• Will be required to perform physically demanding work such as crane assembly/disassembly and rigging
• Willingness to work out of town on occasions
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
