As Clapper continues to grow, we are looking for a creative, community-minded Spanish Community Growth & Content Associate to help us grow and deepen our connection with Spanish-speaking users. The Role: We are looking for a Spanish Community Growth & Content Associate to help lead the day-to-day growth, content, and community experience of HolaClapper, Clapper’s Spanish-speaking community. This is a hands-on content and community-growth role. You will not simply publish posts or respond to comments. You will help shape how Spanish-speaking users discover Clapper, participate in the platform, connect with one another, and continue coming back. You will create original Spanish-language content, support Lives and community programming, engage directly with users, contribute to campaigns and creator activations, and use performance insights and community feedback to continuously improve what we do. This role is ideal for someone who understands Spanish-speaking digital culture, enjoys being close to the community, is comfortable experimenting with content, and can move quickly from an idea to execution. What You’ll Do: Own the day-to-day community and content strategy for HolaClapper, Clapper’s Spanish-speaking community profile. Create, publish, and manage Spanish-language short-form video and in-app content that is entertaining, culturally relevant, and aligned with Clapper’s creator-first brand. Develop and maintain a practical content calendar that balances recurring community programming, product education, creator highlights, timely trends, and campaign content. Host, co-host, moderate, or support Spanish-language Lives, community events, and creator activations. Build and execute in-app engagement campaigns designed to increase participation, repeat activity, community connection, and retention. Engage directly with users through comments, messages, group activity, and community conversations while providing thoughtful and professional support in Spanish. Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive community by escalating user concerns and moderation issues when needed. Track and analyze content and community performance, including views, engagement, follower growth, participation, retention, and relevant active-user trends. Use performance insights to improve content concepts, Live programming, campaign strategy, and community-engagement tactics. Gather recurring user feedback, questions, and friction points and share clear insights with Operations, Product, Marketing, and Support teams. Collaborate with creators, community leaders, and internal teams to identify opportunities for stronger Spanish-speaking community programming. Stay current on Clapper features, Spanish-language creator trends, short-form video culture, and the needs of Spanish-speaking digital communities. What You’ll Bring: Full professional fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken. Two or more years of relevant experience in social media, content creation, community management, creator partnerships, customer engagement, or a related role. A demonstrated ability to create engaging short-form video content and manage or grow a social media profile, community, or creator-facing channel. Strong understanding of Spanish-language digital culture, creator trends, audience preferences, and community-building across Clapper’s priority Spanish-speaking audiences. Strong on-camera presence and confidence hosting or participating in Live video and community conversations. Experience building content calendars, turning ideas into publishable content, and adapting quickly based on performance or feedback. Comfort using platform analytics to identify what is working, what is not, and what to test next. Strong communication, judgment, organization, and follow-through. An empathetic, proactive approach to user support and community interaction. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with a lean, fast-moving team. Ability to work in person in the Lewisville area. Bonus: Experience growing a creator, brand, or community account on a short-form video or social platform. Bonus: Experience creating and editing video content using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or comparable tools. Bonus: Experience with livestream programming, creator activations, community events, or online moderation.
