Information Architect in Frisco, TX
We are seeking a highly skilled Information Architect to lead the technical architecture for our HR Analytics data estate. As the technical authority, you will own the architecture from upstream authoritative source systems through to certified data products delivered in Microsoft Fabric. This is a hands-on technical leadership role that directly shapes the quality of data products consumed by HR business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of HR Analytics architecture across source systems, data platform, and analytics.
- Define and manage integration contracts with source-system owners.
- Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with the enterprise business glossary.
- Establish engineering quality standards for data modeling, pipeline design, and data products.
- Lead architecture and design reviews, contributing directly to complex pipeline implementations.
- Collaborate with Principal Data Engineers to guide platform evolution and implementation patterns.

Requirements
- Expertise in Enterprise Data Architecture, including conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling.
- Experience with HR Analytics & HR Data Domains (Talent, Workforce, Compensation, Learning, People Analytics).
- Proficiency in Azure Data Platform, including Databricks and Medallion Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Data Integration Patterns.
- Strong technical leadership skills in architecture reviews and engineering standards.
- U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship required).
Preferences
- Certifications in Microsoft Azure Data Engineer/Data Architect or Databricks Data Engineer/Architect.
- Experience in HR Analytics or Human Capital Management (HCM).
