Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced ER setting. The candidate will deliver compassionate patient care while adhering to hospital protocols and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate critically ill and injured patients to establish immediate treatment priorities.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and responses to treatments, adjusting care plans accordingly.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing lifesaving interventions when needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Possess at least 2 years of ER nursing experience in a high-volume facility.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Maintain CPR and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Ability to work effectively during night shifts and adapt to a dynamic environment.
