Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current Physical Therapy license within the state of practice
• Ability to demonstrate clinical competency, experience, training, and education required to perform the role
• Ability to become proficient with computer software applications commonly used in an automated patient care environment

• Shift hours: 0800-1630
• Assignment length: 13 weeks

Location Highlights

Mesa offers access to Sonoran Desert recreation and a large suburban setting in the Phoenix metro. Usery Mountain Regional Park is about 20 miles from central Mesa and provides hiking, biking, and desert views.
