As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in generating new business and helping homeowners connect with our experienced roofing sales team. Responsibilities Generate leads from residential homeowners. Set appointments with residential homeowners for our sales team. Knock on doors and distribute flyers to homes in assigned territories. Start conversations with homeowners about scheduling appointments with our sales team. Represent Guns N’ Hoses Roofing & Siding professionally within the community. Report and track Sales Assistant activity and results with the sales management team. Help build relationships that lead to future roofing and exterior restoration projects. Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and persistent.
