Member Benefits Navigator - Care Support Specialist

Bayside Solutions

Bayside Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support CareAdvantage D-SNP and CareAdvantage CMC members, primarily by phone in Sacramento, CA. You will answer questions about health and prescription drug benefits, eligibility, and provider networks to help members access needed services. Responsibilities include making New Member Welcome Calls, resolving access issues, documenting complaints, and supporting enrollment retention through proactive outreach and #J-18808-Ljbffr Bayside Solutions
