Supervise and lead shift activities, delegate tasks, ensure adherence to policies, and maintain high standards of patient care. Monitor patient condition changes and respond appropriately, including notifying physicians as needed. Administer medication following hospital policies. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program or relevant state licensure. Experience in psychiatric healthcare, chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, or geriatric patients preferred. Current unencumbered RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing. CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment. Must be at least 21 years old.
