Land Specialist

Job Details Land Specialist New Albany, OH Job ID#: 11130 Job Category: Land Responsibilities Negotiate, analyze, interpret and prepare contracts and leases. Examine, evaluate and cure drilling and division order title opinion requirements. Supervise lease brokers and manage prospect expenditures. Negotiate and prepare joint operating agreements, participation agreements, farm‑in/farm‑out agreements, purchase and sale agreements, pooling agreements, and associated support agreements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of land and contracts experience. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to assemble acreage blocks and wells and cure title for active development and exploratory drilling programs. Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written. Ability to handle multiple projects and achieve results in a performance‑driven, team‑oriented environment. Mapping and systems skills required.
