CNA Supervisor

St Frances Nursing is looking for an experience CNA supervisor to join their team. CNA License or LPN Licensed REQUIRED A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Supervisor in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) oversees the daily operations of the CNA workforce. Their core duties include managing staff schedules, coordinating direct resident care, monitoring documentation, assisting on the floor during emergencies, and ensuring compliance with facility policies. Here is a breakdown of the typical responsibilities, qualifications, and performance metrics: Core Responsibilities Staff Management: Create and manage CNA schedules, approve time‑off, handle call‑ins, and arrange shift coverage. Workforce Development: Train and orient new CNA hires, conduct competency evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching and performance reviews. Care Coordination: Oversee the delivery of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and monitor restorative, hydration, and weight management programs. Floor Support: Make frequent rounds on the halls to ensure quality of care, step in to assist with hands‑on care during staffing shortages, and help during emergencies.
