Position: Administrative Assistant


Location: Magnolia, AR


Hours: M-F, 8a-4:30p


Pay: $18/hour


Position Summary


The Administrative Assistant will provide essential clerical and administrative support to the Magnolia operations team. This position will assist with purchase orders, payroll and accounting-related duties, Department of Transportation (DOT) inspection documentation, and a variety of general office responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential information while managing multiple priorities, while working in a fast-paced industrial type environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and maintain purchase orders and related documentation.
• Assist with payroll processing and maintaining accurate payroll records.
• Provide support with basic accounting duties, including data entry, recordkeeping, invoices, and other financial documentation.
• Assist with DOT inspections by preparing, organizing, and maintaining required documentation and records.
• Enter and maintain information in company systems and spreadsheets.
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic and paper files.
• Assist with reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Answer phones, respond to routine inquiries, and provide general office support.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.
• Assist management and other departments with administrative and clerical tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, payroll, and financial information.
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
