Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Prior experience in a school setting, specifically with grades 4-6, preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to evidence-based speech therapy practices
• Strong documentation and case management abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, individually and in groups
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and write evaluation reports
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Monitor, document, and report on student outcomes and intervention effectiveness
• Create engaging, age-appropriate therapy materials and activities
• Serve as a resource for school staff regarding language and communication disorders
