What You'll Do:
- Answer incoming phone calls with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations and guest inquiries
- Provide light concierge assistance (special requests, directions, recommendations)
- Support the front-of-house team with general administrative tasks
- Help ensure every guest's experience starts and ends with a smile
What We're Looking For:
- Friendly and polished communication skills
- Reliable and punctual team player
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
