Job Description
The Shift Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow during assigned shifts. Managing a small team of 1-5 employees across morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, the Shift Lead ensures excellent customer service and efficient team performance without any travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of 1-5 employees during assigned shifts
- Maintain operational efficiency and team productivity throughout shifts
- Ensure high standards of customer service are met consistently
- Coordinate shift activities and resolve any immediate issues
- Assist with cash handling and register operations as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in retail or food service environments
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective time management abilities
- Experience with cash handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills
