Roofing Foreman (Commercial Construction)

Roofing Supervisor

Bonitz of Georgia provides commercial roofing, roof decking systems, engineered fills, metal stud framing, drywall, and acoustical ceiling services. We operate primarily in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a crew of 4–5 roofers
• Review job plans, drawings, and existing conditions
• Coordinate daily operations to ensure quality work and on-time completion
• Train, coach, and support crew members and subcontractors
• Maintain safety compliance (OSHA & company standards)
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are used properly and well maintained
• Handle documentation: time sheets, reports, receiving tickets, toolbox talks
• Communicate with project managers and superintendents
• Interact professionally with customers
• Travel to job sites (up to 25% overnight)

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience
• PVC & TPO experience required
• Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR
• Ability to lift to 100lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Metal roofing/wall panel experience preferred

Pay and Benefits:

• $20–$26/hr starting pay (based on experience)
• Quarterly & annual bonuses based on performance
