OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Red Wing, MN by HMD Trucking

HMD Trucking
Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits

- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Vacancy description
Launch coast-to-coast hauls from Red Wing with HMD Trucking’s modern Flatbed equipment.
Drive OTR routes in trucks outfitted with sleeper cabs, APUs, inverters and rider seats, all serviced by our in-house maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely secure and transport flatbed freight
- Adhere to FMCSA standards and company policies
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
What We Offer:
- Base pay of $0.70/mile + $0.10 performance bonus
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
