Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Support the training and development of team members to enhance performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
• Drive and lead production at each job
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
