Invoice Processing Supervisor: Lead & Optimize Payments

Wheels, Inc. in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Supervisor of Invoice Processing to lead a team of 10-15 processors. You will assign daily tasks, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and resolve discrepancies while maintaining internal controls. You will train and mentor staff, prepare analytical reports, and collaborate with Finance and vendors to optimize billing operations. Hybrid schedule; 8am-5pm.
