Location: Rhinebeck, NY
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $19–$21/hour
Schedule: Full-Time (Day, Evening, or Overnight Shifts Available)

About the Role
We are hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work in residential homes and school settings supporting children with developmental needs. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, full-time hours, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment.

Direct Support Professional Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and assistance to children in residential and school programs
• Support daily living activities, educational goals, and social development
• Ensure safety and comfort while promoting independence
• Assist with recreational activities and community outings
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and team members for consistent care
• Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality

DSP Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work full-time and attend mandatory training
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
