Gastroenterology in Central Illinois - Earn $900K plus annually
A respected hospital-employed gastroenterology group in Central Illinois is seeking a Gastroenterologist to join an established, supportive practice. The opportunity combines high earning potential, advanced procedural capabilities, dedicated APP support, and the stability of a single-hospital system, all within an affordable Midwestern community.
What We Offer You:
- High-Income Potential: $690K guaranteed base plus RVU incentives, giving you an earning potential of over $900K
- Subspecialty Procedures: Advanced GI procedures available with on-campus endoscopy OR suites
- Supportive Practice Model: Dedicated APP support, supervision opportunities, and excess call compensation
- Hospital-Employed Stability: Single hospital coverage with outpatient practice located on campus
Who You Are:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Eligible for H1B or J1 sponsorship
- Strong procedural skills with an interest in advanced GI preferred
- Team-oriented physician seeking both clinical and academic fulfillment
Compensation and Benefits:
- Guaranteed Base Salary: $690,000 + RVU productivity incentives
- Sign-On Bonus: $150,000
- Paid Relocation: $10,000
- Malpractice Coverage: Includes paid tail coverage
- Additional Benefits: Health, retirement, CME, PTO, and APP supervision pay
