Your primary goal will be to show potential renters our available rental portfolio, in addition to assisting two sales teams with showings of listings to their potential Buyers. Responsibilities Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts, and emails to ensure outstanding customer service Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties to answer clients’ questions Show company rental properties to applicants Provide field support to the property management team Assist the sales team with available listings showings to potential buyers Qualifications Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving Self‑starter and able to work with minimal supervision Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly Driven, motivated and desires professional growth Compensation $80,000+ Commission based #J-18808-Ljbffr WizeHire, Inc
