We are seeking compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. Whether you're already certified or looking to begin a rewarding career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed. What You'll Do Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in a fun, supportive, and structured environment. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA techniques. Collect and document data on client progress. Collaborate with BCBAs and the clinical team to support each child's growth and success. Build positive, meaningful relationships with children and their families. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with children and families Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a difference Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and run short distances if needed for client safety Previous experience in ABA, childcare, or education is a plus, but not required-we'll provide full training! #J-18808-Ljbffr
