What You’ll Do:

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care while promoting resident dignity and independence

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Build meaningful relationships with residents through companionship, conversation, and encouragement

• Observe residents and communicate changes in condition to nursing leadership

• Support a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment

• Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care

• Help create an atmosphere where residents truly feel at home
