Job Opportunity: Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN - Cath Lab

Our organization in San Antonio is on the lookout for a dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN to join our Cath Lab team. This pivotal role is responsible for coordinating and providing exceptional, evidence-based care in both cardiac and vascular settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee patient flow and ensure comprehensive nursing care before, during, and after procedures.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
• Assist physicians during invasive procedures, including managing sedation monitoring and conducting hemodynamic assessments.
• Provide mentorship to Cath Lab staff through education, coaching, and competency validation.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
• Support initiatives focused on quality improvement and staff development.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in cardiac and vascular care preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide staff effectively.
