Full Time Infant Teacher

Job Description

At SEE we’re building a culture, for our team, and our families. A culture that prioritizes health & safety , education , partnerships and personal character , not just for us…but for our whole community. After all, the waves we make today, tomorrow, reach the shore.

If you are passionate about making a change, there is no better place to start than at SEE . We’ll be honest, we have fun, and lots of laughs, but not every day is smooth sailing. But the culture we’re building expects excellence. This expectation requires unprecedented levels of support from our leadership team. Our leadership team isn’t the exception, they are the expectation!

Expectations you can have for our leadership team:

• Supporting your professional development.
• Encouraging your growth of knowledge and best practices.
• Listening to your ideas, and help appropriately implement them.
• Cheerlead your successes!
• Help you identify, and grab ahold of opportunities.
• Sink or swim? Not here, we’ll always help you swim!
• Balance, you’re committed! It’s mandatory you have a healthy work/life balance.
• Having fun! Taking the job seriously, not ourselves!

We as leaders commit beyond just this list, as we have an active interest in your success! Our team members frequently tell us, one of the reasons they love SEE , is the support they receive on a daily basis! If you can SEE yourself immersed in our culture, we can’t wait to talk! So, hit that apply button, let’s schedule a time to meet, and talk about how SEE can support you!
