Work Environment\nThis remote position offers a supportive and dynamic work environment where flexibility is prioritized. You will have the autonomy to manage your own schedule, typically involving 30-40 hours per week, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client. \n
- Collaborate with the clinical team to design pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication management plans. \n
- Complete all required documentation promptly, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while utilizing evidence-based screening tools. \n
- Engage in ongoing development of positive behavior support plans within interdisciplinary teams, contributing to a holistic approach to treatment. \n
- Act as a liaison with state agencies, community partners, and other service systems to facilitate integrated care for clients. \n
- Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes as well as community outreach initiatives. \n
- Attend professional conferences, workshops, and meetings to enhance personal and professional development in the mental health field. \n
- Promote the values and mission of Grace Hospital by fostering a culture of open communication and teamwork. \n
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the center’s overall effectiveness. \n
The primary population you will serve includes individuals facing mental health issues, substance use challenges, and those with developmental disabilities and brain injuries. Our focus is on creating individualized therapeutic experiences that empower clients to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. By utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each individual’s needs, you will help clients navigate their recovery journey and foster resilience and coping strategies.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required. \n
- Must possess an independent LMHC license granted by the state board. \n
- Proven ability to maintain clinical records and prepare comprehensive reports. \n
- Strong communication skills with a capacity to work in collaborative, interdisciplinary teams. \n
- Sound judgment and the ability to make independent clinical decisions based on professional knowledge and ethics. \n

- Prior experience in outpatient settings is highly desirable. \n
- Experience with diverse populations and knowledge of community resources will be viewed favorably. \n
- Familiarity with evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities \n
- Experience in crisis intervention and behavioral health assessments. \n
