MARKETING COORDINATOR

Location: Clinton, Arkansas | Employment Type: Full-Time (In-House)

Job Summary: Leads marketing campaigns, shapes strategy, and bring Ozark Health's community outreach efforts to life. Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with organizational goals. Identify target markets and implement growth strategies that increase growth and engagement. Lead marketing campaigns across digital and community channels while managing websites and social media content. Coordinate community outreach, local partnerships, and marketing initiatives while collaborating across teams to drive community engagement and measurable growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong writing, organization, and social media skills
• Creative, organized leader who collaborates effectively and delivers results
• Marketing or communications experience preferred
• Healthcare or community experience a plus
