We are seeking a full-time Marketing Graphic Designer to be a creative force behind our company's visual identity and social media presence. You'll develop eye-catching graphic materials for both print and digital use, manage social media channels across our portfolio, and even assist with video production. This role is ideal for a marketing or graphic design professional with a passion for creating engaging content and a keen eye for detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Branding & Design:

• Create graphic design and visual materials for print collateral, advertisements, social media, and promotional products using Canva and the Adobe Suite
• Develop brand packages for internal brands and initiatives, including logos, templates, color palettes, and basic brand guidelines
• Design thumbnail images and supporting graphics for YouTube and other digital channels
• Coordinate with vendors to support print collateral and promotional product orders
• Help manage the internal corporate store for employee print and promotional product ordering, ensuring approved products follow brand standards
• Support consistency in look, feel, tone, and voice across all internal and external communication materials
• Support corporate growth initiatives

Content & Social Media:

• Design and implement social media content across the company portfolio that aligns with the brand and overarching business goals
• On-camera for apartment community tours and social media
• Provide social media support for property management personnel 
• Assist in the development of social media ad strategy and campaigns for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Stay up-to-date on social media strategy and trends 

Video Production: 

• Assist with the filming of video projects such as apartment tours, training, internal communication segments, weekly employee engagement segments, and more
• Support the post-production process, including video editing, captioning, and graphics creation via CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Utilize creative and thinking skills to develop ideas for videos
• A background or experience in video production is helpful

Preferred Traits, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Graphic Design, or 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design
• Ability to learn new systems quickly, follow instructions, and processes in a fast-paced environment
• Experience creating strong, engaging content
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, CapCut, AirTable, and Canva
• Working knowledge of and comfort using graphic design and photo editing.
• Bonus points for comfort with video editing tools such as Capcut. 
• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and copywriting for various marketing / promotional materials
• Well-versed in social media, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
