Join a turnkey outpatient pain practice in Jersey City with EMG focus, built-in volume, and ASC upside

We are seeking a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to join a clinic-based, outpatient practice dedicated to non-surgical, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate is skilled in evaluating and managing the full spectrum of musculoskeletal and pain conditions -from acute presentations such as headaches and soft tissue injuries to complex chronic conditions including low back pain and spine disorders. A balanced, functional approach to care is essential, combining evidence-based medication management with office-based procedures designed to restore quality of life and address pain at its source.

• Immediate patient volume with ability to rebuild and grow an established panel
• True PM&R focus (MSK, soft tissue, EMG) not diluted by heavy procedures
• No call + predictable schedule (Monday Friday, outpatient only)
• Strong income potential with base + collections + ASC upside
• Team-based support model allowing physicians to focus on clinical care

This is a physician-led private practice with a structured, team-based model. Physicians maintain autonomy in clinical decision-making while operating within an efficient and supportive system supported by NPs and clinical staff.

Physicians are expected to:

• Be team-oriented and work within an established workflow
• Maintain professionalism in a high-demand environment

Turnover is low among core providers, and onboarding is streamlined due to established systems and volume.

• Call: None
• Schedule: Monday Friday
  • 9:00 AM 5:00 PM OR 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
    

• 20 patients/day for incoming physician once ramped
• 60% new patients
• % procedural conversion across practice

• ASC (onsite) access with block-style scheduling
• 1 sedation day + 1 local injection day
• cases/day when utilized

Time Off:

• PTO: 20 days (after 90 days)
• CME: 5 days + $5,000 annual allowances

Work Environment:

• Outpatient only
• Structured schedule
• Predictable daily flow
• Ample support staff

After-Hours:

• No call
• Minimal after-hours responsibilities

Flexibility:

• Limited schedule flexibility (must be in-clinic 5 days/week)
• Optional future opportunity for 1 day/week in satellite location

• Base Salary: $350,000 (guaranteed, 2-year contract)
• Productivity: Collections-based upside after year 2
• Realistic Total Compensation: $700,000 $800,000

Additional Compensation:

• Signing Bonus: $10,000
• Relocation: $10,000

Partnership Track:

• Eligible after 2 years
• Based on $700K collections threshold
• ASC ownership available (if participating in procedures)
