Real Estate Analyst

Joining the premier real estate practice in multiple offices, this Analyst role assists Real Estate attorneys in the Real Estate Finance Practice Group. The position requires experience in commercial real estate transactions and working directly with clients, title companies, and agencies.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Experience with lender-side commercial real estate closings for title, survey, zoning review, and assisting closing attorneys with all other matters required by the lender toward the closing. Review various real estate documents including title, survey, zoning reports, etc. Analyze title commitment, underlying title exception documents and surveys, zoning reports; prepare title and survey review letters to obtain lender’s proforma loan policies and approved surveys; assist attorneys with related items as required for the closing. Work directly with surveyors, title companies, zoning consultants, and other third‑party vendors to support closing attorneys. Conduct due diligence during the closing process to obtain proforma loan policies, surveys, and zoning reports. Perform various other duties as needed to support the Commercial Real Estate Finance Practice Group.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills for interacting with internal and external clients, maintaining confidentiality. Clear and concise communication, both verbal and written. Detail‑oriented, highly organized; manages multiple projects and follows through without prompting. Ability to handle routine daily functions while resolving sensitive issues and complex assignments.

REQUIREMENTS

Five years of experience in commercial real estate as a Paralegal. Paralegal Certificate or equivalent. The budgeted salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000, depending on experience.
