Travel may be required up to one hour one way —perfect for those who enjoy variety and autonomy.
You’ll work closely with an OT to implement creative, client-centered plans that make a real difference.
What We’re Looking For?
Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with Home Care experience.
Skilled in:
Assisting with ADL Training and Home Safety Strategies
Implementing Adaptive Equipment Recommendations
Supporting Cognitive and Functional Programs
Client & Family Education
A team player with strong communication and documentation skills.
