Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions, such as vital signs, medication administration, and medical needs

• Assist with mealtime, including tray service and feeding residents as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring the safety and comfort of residents and staff

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, enhancing their overall quality of life

Additional Requirements:

• 0 years of experience as a CNA (new graduates welcome!)

• Certificate in CNA training program

• Availability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

• Ability to lift and move residents, as well as stand and walk for extended periods
