Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation based on the greater of:

• Daily guarantee, or
• Percentage of collections.

Position Overview

We are seeking a patient-focused General Dentist to join our established practice on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider looking to add an additional day to their schedule while stepping into a productive practice with an established patient base and strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental procedures.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Deliver exceptional patient care and build long-term patient relationships.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure an outstanding patient experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Pennsylvania dental license (or ability to obtain).
• Current CPR certification.
