PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: The Orchards – East Liverpool, Chester
Schedule: PRN
Shift: Days, Nights
Pay: Competitive PRN wages

What You'll Do:

As our next PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you will:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans. 
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. 
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the RN, physician, or appropriate supervisor. 
• Accurately document resident care and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations. 
• Collaborate with nurses, nursing assistants, therapists, physicians, and other interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional resident care. 

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio or West Virginia, as applicable. 
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program. 
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire). 

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience. 
• Electronic medical record (EMR) experience.

PRN Requirements

PRN employees are required to maintain active employment status by working a minimum of one (1) scheduled shift per month . Additional shifts may be available based on staffing needs.
