Warehouse Associate Pay Rate: Starting at $20/hour Join Our Team as a Warehouse Associate! We're seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience operating warehouse equipment, handling shipping and receiving functions, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and materials against packing slips and purchase orders. Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse using a forklift and order picker/cherry picker. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company and customer requirements. Process shipping and receiving documentation and ensure accurate recordkeeping. Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and assist with inventory control activities. Verify order accuracy and ensure products are properly labeled and packaged. Organize and stage completed orders for efficient loading and outbound deliveries. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow all company safety policies and equipment operating procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse, material handling, or distribution environment required. Experience operating a forklift and order picker/cherry picker required. Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and general warehouse operations preferred. Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
