Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the emotional, social, and financial needs of patients during their detoxification process.

  • Providing both individual and group counseling sessions, focusing on topics such as grief, coping mechanisms, and adjustment to diagnosis.

  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including doctors and nursing staff, to create and implement holistic care plans that address patient needs.

  • Coordinating with community organizations for seamless post-discharge follow-up services, enhancing the continuity of care.

  • Delivering crisis intervention and support to patients and their families during challenging moments, ensuring immediate emotional aid and stabilization.
