Electrical Supervisor Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $ 79,040.00 to $ 93,600.00 / annually
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:30am to 03:30pm)

Responsibilities:

The daily responsibilities include managing electricians in a safe and efficient manner.

The person should be able to lead electrical technicians in the repair of any equipment.

This is a hands-on job where leading and working with the employees should be expected.

The supervisor must be able to manage time well and plan for success.

You will evaluate systems to determine when maintenance repairs need to be performed.

Develop maintenance procedures and schedules, plan work assignments and project schedules.

Monitoring plant operations to ensure that equipment is operating efficiently.

Electrical Supervisor Qualifications:

(2-3) years' experience in an Industrial / Electrical Maintenance management position required.

API Pipe experience preferred but not required.

You have the required technical skills to understand/interpret complex machinery and equipment.

This is an hourly position with overtime, 2nd shift, and some weekend work required.

Should be proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Must be able to lift 75 lbs., twist and turn, kneel, and stand for long periods of time, climb a ladder, and work overhead as required.
