Wages go higher from there based on tenure and proficiency. *Base wage of $16.27/hour plus tips through a tip pool system. Tips are shared across the team and added to your hourly pay Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests with friendly, genuine hospitality. Prepare sandwiches, quiche, and breakfast pastries to company standards. Operate flat top and ticket printer system Restock displays, beverages, and supplies throughout the shift. Deliver food to guests accurately. Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently to ensure tables are ready for incoming guests. Maintain a clean, organized back of house, pastry case, and service area. Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures. Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning as needed, maintaining a clean and organized workspace is a shared team responsibility. Support teammates and assist with opening and closing duties. Qualifications: Early mornings and weekend availability necessary Positive attitude and strong communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
