Operations: Our Operations employees turn innovative engineering designs into real solutions to meet our customers' needs. From Supply Chain, to manufacturing and test, Electronic Systems offers opportunities to work with technology rarely accessible in other manufacturing firms. Performs complex assembly or modification tasks on electronic and mechanical components, subassemblies and systems. Solder through hole, surface mount, jumpers, and complex wiring on circuit card assemblies and other electro-mechanical devices. Performs Operations for harnesses such as:Wire stripping and Tinning, (Hand Solder Tinning, and Solder Pot Tinning)Soldering Wires to terminals and solder cupsWire splicing – solder wires by Lap soldering wires togetherUsing heat shrinkable solder devices for solder spliceCrimping variety of contacts to wireAssembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassemblies by following work plans. Inspects results to ensure conformance to IPC-610 and/or IPC-620 standards. Performs tasks of lower level solder assembler job descriptions as needed. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required. Required Education, Experience, & SkillsHigh School Diploma / GED OR 4 years of Manufacturing experienceActive SECRET ClearanceAssembly, Wire Harness Assembly & Soldering experienceCertified for IPC-610Preferred Education, Experience, & SkillsCertified for IPC-620 StandardsPay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $52841 - $84545 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
