DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES Efficiently gather and interpret all relevant information for bids, including site visits, client meetings, drawings, specifications and addendums. Utilize familiarity with statistical methods or specialized survey research techniques as needed. Hold a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or a related field. Thoroughly review construction plans, materials and labor requirements to ensure precision in cost estimation. Clearly communicate with internal and external teams to discuss estimates, pricing and resolve issues while ensuring all cost factors are accurately considered.
