• Licenses/Certifications: Kansas Respiratory Therapist license, CRT/RRT credential, BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP
• Experience: Associates degree in respiratory care, 6 months in critical care preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: Minimum $28.57 / Midpoint $37.84 (pay rate varies based on experience and shift differentials)
• Shift Differentials:
  • Evening (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM): $2.30/hr
  • Night (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM): $3.75/hr
  • Weekend (Fri 7:00 PM - Mon 7:00 AM): $3.00/hr
• Benefits: Health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off/sick leave

What You'll Do:

• Conduct routine Epic and bedside medication verification
• Work independently in critical care areas after training and check-offs
• Perform a variety of respiratory therapies across hospital units
• Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate therapies per protocols
• Mentor students and newly qualified staff
• Support hospital's goal of delivering excellent patient care and safety

What You Need:

• Active Respiratory Therapist license from the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts
• CRT or RRT credential from the NBRC
• BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• At least 6 months of critical care experience (preferred)
• Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
