Senior Commercial Insurance Specialist

The Senior Commercial Lines Specialist provides quotes to prospective customers, discusses options, and consults with customers to meet their insurance needs. This role is responsible for building relationships and producing insurance sales. The role differs from a Commercial Lines Specialist based on level of experience and book of business with the selected candidate. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, and additional compensation may be made available for well-qualified candidates. This is a full-time, onsite role. Experience and proper licensing are required. Responsibilities Follow up with prospects – the company provides leads. Quote and sell policies. Protect the best interests of both clients and insurance company partners. Follow up and see tasks through to completion. Appropriately document contact opportunities. Act with professionalism, understanding the importance of both a sales and a services mindset. Qualifications Licensed – Active Property & Casualty License required. Insurance experience necessary. Prior commercial insurance experience required. Multi-tasking – Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Communication – Ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all. Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner. Team oriented – Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
