Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is a plus
• Ability to provide evidence-based assessment and therapeutic interventions
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities both individually and in groups
• Develop IEPs and personalized treatment plans in collaboration with educational staff and families
• Deliver direct therapy sessions and consultative support on-site throughout the school year
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of all sessions and progress reports
• Educate and support students, parents, and school teams regarding speech and language development
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise as needed
