Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Provide various therapeutic interventions, including individual, couple, group, and family therapy, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices as needed.

• Offer immediate support and crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health dilemmas, demonstrating empathy and effective problem-solving skills.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and clinical notes while adhering to all ethical and legal guidelines surrounding client confidentiality.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver holistic care and facilitate coordinated treatment plans.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health concerns, available resources, and treatment approaches while advocating for their rights and needs as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) in Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, as well as a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Benefits include:
